The Twin Triumph based light weight stroller holds two children from about 2 months to a total weight of 55 lbs each, so a total weight for the stroller of 110 lbs, although I can tell you first hand that I have had a LOT more weight in it with out a problem. The sporty style of the brand has continued in the twin model even though it holds two children. I have tried all of the double stroller options and the Maclaren beats them all hands down. The limousine style prams are great until you have the weight of two children in them, then they are next to impossible to turn!

The hood sports a rear storage pocket for small odds and ends and of course this is doubled up so you get twice the size and storage for your money. It is actually quite a nice surprise when you see how much these pockets actually hold. There is also a mesh basket underneath which will hold a few bags of shopping and is quite handy to have.

WIth its lightweight and easy folding mechanism, it means you can still fold up and pack away your stroller, even with a screaming child under your arm. I can’t think of any other twin or double pram or stroller on the market that can do that.

All up, the Maclaren Twin stroller is excellent value for money, and I cannot recommend this brand highly enough, and if you are getting a twin, then my only advice is to steer clear of the limousine model – unless you have iron wrists.
