And so it confuses us. What makes an electronic camera, the best digital camera?

Well, there are certain factors to consider when attempting to find the “best digital camera” for us.

MEGAPIXELS. One of the most important features of digicam to make it into the best digital camera category is its mega-pixel property. The bigger the mega-pixels the better the actual photograph will come out. A mega-pixel is like 1,000,000 pixels. The resolution of your image is based upon the megapixel property of your camera. This means that as you enlarge the picture, you would get more detail and less blurry colors.

LCD SIZE. The best digital camera will always have a huge LCD to help frame your subject while not having to squint to the viewfinder. Photography Filter And How It Could Help You

Photographic filter is an attachment that will allow certain kinds of light to be able to pass through, and able to reduce or block out other unwanted light sources. Composing Your Photo

Most Useful Photoshop Plugins for HDR Photos

Looking for a way to increase the quality of your HDR photography with as little works as possible? Yeah, you and everyone else. Luckily there are a few awesome Photoshop plugins available that will really allow to you boost the quality of your HDR with minimal time and effort.

1) Noiseware Professional. This is the grand daddy of all noise reducing Adobe Photoshop plugins, at least as far as I’m concerned. There is an inherent struggle with HDR photography in the sense that if you are composing a series of images that were taken in dark conditions or at a high ISO, they will tend to be very noisy after processing. Not only does this plugin work remarkably well when it comes to decreasing noise in your images, but its extremely easy to use as well. Load the photo, click a button with the setting you want and away you go. As far as plugins go it isn’t extremely cheap at around $50, but the investment will be well worth it when you see how much better your photos look afterwards.

2) Topaz Adjust. Topaz is another Photoshop plugin that allows you to make anything from minor color or exposure adjustments, all the way to allowing you to create crazy artistic renditions of your initial photography. Generally in my experience, I’ve found Topaz Adjust to be great at giving my images a little extra “pop” that is the trademark of some of the highest quality HDR compositions. The cost is 50 bucks, but believe me, it’s 50 bucks well spent.

3 Photomatix Pro. The Photomatix Pro plugin for Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop is an excellent tool for improving the workflow of your HDR. Previously it was really difficult to switch applications, and now it couldn’t be easier. If you already have Photomatix, this won’t improve the quality of your photos a ton, but will make it a heck of a lot easier to get them created.

There are hundreds of plugins and tools for HDR creation, but I’ve definitely found that these are three of the best. Invest in them, and you should see a huge increase in the quality of your photos.

How Any Parent Can Take Magical Baby Pictures

Photographing a newborn baby can be hard. At this age the baby will not be active, so it’s better to focus on close-up head shots. Try using natural light from a room window to add mood to the picture. Taking interesting angles will make the photo more attention-grabbing.
